We’re delighted to have been involved in the refurbishment of The Moby Dick at Greenland Dock, a characterful waterside pub overlooking the picturesque docks along the River Thames. Taking inspiration from the pub’s unique heritage and it’s connection to the area’s 19th century whaling history, the new interior scheme celebrates both its nautical roots and vibrant riverside setting.

Working closely with the design team, we supplied a range of bespoke furniture and soft furnishings designed to bring comfort, character and style to the refreshed space. Plush seating and carefully selected upholstered furniture create inviting areas for guests to relax, while tailored soft furnishings add warmth, texture and cohesion throughout the pub.

Drawing on a nautical-inspired palette, the scheme combines bold patterns with natural tones and materials reminiscent of life by the water. Textures inspired by woven rope, complemented by rich wood finishes and layered fabrics, help reinforce the maritime theme while maintaining a laid-back and welcoming atmosphere.

From comfortable seating arrangements to thoughtfully crafted finishing touches, every element was selected to enhance the guest experience and complement the vibrant new décor. The result is a stylish and energetic riverside pub that honours the timeless spirit of The Moby Dick and its namesake, while creating a welcoming destination for guests to gather, dine and enjoy the dockside views.
